The Heart of the City Festival exists to support artists in Edmonton's core.  To display your art at the festival, you must live, work, volunteer, or go to school within the following boundaries:

East of 124 Street
West of Wayne Gretzky Drive
South of Yellowhead Trail
North of the river valley
