The Heart of the City Festival exists to support artists in Edmonton's core. To participate in the festival, at least 50% of your musical act must live, work, volunteer, or go to school within the following boundaries:
East of 124 Street
West of Wayne Gretzky Drive
South of Yellowhead Trail
North of the river valley
